Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated · 12 August 2026
Tonaris is a professional colorway tool for apparel, footwear and accessories. These rules keep the platform safe for every studio using it.
01
Rights to uploaded imagery
You may only upload product photography you own or are licensed to use, including any model, photographer and brand permissions required. You are responsible for clearing those rights before upload.
02
Prohibited content
Counterfeit goods and imagery designed to imitate another brand's protected trade dress, sexual content, content involving minors, hateful or violent material, deceptive medical or financial claims, and any content unlawful in your jurisdiction.
03
Platform integrity
No scraping, automated abuse of the render queue, credential sharing, resale of raw platform access, attempts to reverse engineer or extract the models, or circumvention of credit accounting.
04
Fair use of the queue
Priority and standard queues are shared resources. Sustained automated bursts that degrade service for others may be rate limited. Enterprise volume is available on request.
05
Reporting and enforcement
Report abuse to [email protected]. Depending on severity, we may warn, remove content, rate limit, suspend or terminate an account. Credits spent on removed content are not refunded where the breach is confirmed.
06
Appeals
Enforcement decisions can be appealed within 30 days. A reviewer not involved in the original decision responds within 10 business days.
FAQ
Everything studios ask before the first order.
01How much does one credit cost?+
One credit costs €0.10. The smallest purchase is 50 credits, and every service is paid for from the same balance. There are no plans, seats or subscriptions.
02Why is the minimum 50 credits?+
50 credits is the smallest useful working balance — it covers a full palette suggestion run, so no order is ever too small to produce a finished result.
03Do credits expire?+
Never. Unused credits stay in your account indefinitely and roll over between seasons and projects.
04How are fabric texture and lighting preserved?+
The model maps weave, pile, stitching and print separately from the light response, then re-renders the color underneath. Contact shadows and highlights are rebuilt, not flattened.
05Which payment methods can I use?+
Bank transfer is active today — the bank details are emailed to you right after the order and credits are released once the transfer clears. Card, PayPal and Stripe are coming soon.
06Can I use the renders commercially?+
Yes. Every generated colorway carries a perpetual worldwide commercial licence for lookbooks, line sheets, e-commerce and production packs.
07Which products are supported?+
T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, sneakers, tote bags, caps and any existing product design you upload as studio photography.
08What if a render fails?+
Credits spent on a failed or materially defective render are returned to your balance and the job is re-run at no cost.
Stop repainting. Start generating.
